Your journey to better health begins when you schedule your new patient appointment. When you enter our office, you will be greeted and welcomed like one of our family and you will fill out a brief application for care if you have not done so online.

Next, we always start with a no expense to you consultation with the doctor. This is an important time when we get to learn more about you and your specific health questions and concerns. if it is determined that our office and chiropractic care may offer a solution to your problem, we would proceed with a thorough chiropractic evaluation. This will be complete with orthopedic and neurological tests, functional tests, posture, evaluation, and related ranges of motion, and in most cases spinal x-rays. All fees for this step will be discussed upfront before proceeding.

The doctors will need to take time to evaluate your history, exam findings, and study your x-rays. You will be scheduled to return for your individual report of findings detailing a personalized plan of care for your specific condition. During this report, we will answer all your very important questions including all fees for your care and and flexible, payment options. We will review any health insurance coverage and self-pay administrative savings that may apply.

In order to assess the condition of your spine and nervous system, your journey continues on day 2 with your New Patient Report of Findings. This structured report is broken down into two parts: a highly educational component, a specific explanation of your findings, and a personalized plan of care. During your report, we will answer all the very important questions like what was found to be the problem and how we can help you. If so, how long will it take, how frequently you will need to be seen, and what adjustment techniques will be used? We will also address your financial investment in detail, taking into consideration any insurance benefits or in-house savings that may apply.

We trust at the end of day 2 you’ll have a clear understanding of exactly what lies at the root of your problem, and what your care here will entail. If it turns out that we can help you, and if you choose to be helped, day 2 culminates in your first Chiropractic Adjustment.
