As a New Patient
Your journey to better health commences when you schedule your complimentary consultation. Upon entering our office, you will be greeted and welcomed as a valued member of our Practice, and you will complete a brief application for care if it has not been completed online.
Following this, you will have a consultation with the Doctor. This is a critical time during which we will learn about your specific health questions and concerns. If it is determined that our office may provide a solution to your health issues and you consent, we will proceed with a comprehensive evaluation. This includes orthopedic and neurological tests, functional assessments, posture evaluations, relevant ranges of motion, and in most cases spinal x-rays. All fees associated with this step will be discussed transparently before proceeding.
Once the Doctors have evaluated your history, examination findings, and diagnostic imaging, you will return for an individual report of findings. This report will detail a personalized plan of care tailored to your specific condition. During this session, we will address all pertinent questions, such as identifying the problem and outlining potential solutions. We will also review payment options, self-pay savings, and applicable health insurance coverage.

You will begin by completing a brief intake form detailing your health history, and all your health concerns. You will then meet with the doctor who will review your history and concerns and answer any questions you may have.
If you agree, the next step will be a complete and thorough examination which in most cases would include spinal x-rays. We simply won't guess when it comes to your health and with our on-site x-ray department we can determine exactly and precisely what's wrong and what type of care is best for you. All fees will be discussed upfront before proceeding.
After the doctors review your examination findings, you will return for a report of findings, which will explain what's wrong, if we can help, and what it will take to address your problems. We will make detailed recommendations designed specifically for you. We will discuss all fees involved in your care plan and review any reimbursements from insurance as well as any self-pay administrative savings.
